We provide a lifetime warranty on all our items and services. This warranty includes free replacements, adjustments to item properties, and any other necessary actions resulting from issues on our side. Additionally, we offer lifetime support for any questions or concerns related to your items. The warranty does not apply in the following cases: User actions such as using third-party software, violating our security guidelines, deliberate or careless actions that damage the item. Ignoring mandatory recommendations regarding password and security updates. External changes that affect the item's properties (e.g., updates that require new phone verification, etc.). Granting access to items or services to third parties. Reselling items, services, or access without prior agreement with Q-Market. Any other user actions that result in the item no longer functioning properly. In such cases, Q-Market may provide paid support or make the necessary adjustments at the user's expense. 1. General This site offers access to private Discord communities and digital content. Access is granted on a paid basis and may be subject to manual or automatic approval. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms. Forwarding warranty: We provide a 60-day warranty for free re-forwarding of HT / OUT items starting from the day you receive your order. After the 60-day warranty period, we can still help: either by providing a detailed self-service guide or by performing the re-forwarding for you at a rate of $0.08 per item (with a minimum service fee of $10 per request). 2. Payments All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made correctly. Errors during payment (wrong amount, wrong destination, etc.) may result in denied access. We do not process chargebacks or reversals under any circumstances. 3. Access & Delivery Access to our Discord server is typically delivered within a reasonable timeframe after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information (e.g., Discord username or ID). In some cases, access may be revoked if misuse, spam, or rule violations are detected. 4. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital access and private content, no refunds are provided once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact support. We may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. 5. Usage Restrictions You may not share, resell, or redistribute access or content from within the Discord community. Leaking, screenshotting, or recording any part of the community may result in a permanent ban and removal without compensation. Participation in the community must comply with our internal server rules, which may be updated at any time. 6. Confidentiality & Conduct You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding content and communication within the community. Abusive, exploitative, or manipulative behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without warning. 7. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 8. Disclaimer We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or financial benefit from joining the server. All content is provided "as is" for informational and community purposes only. 9. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by general international commercial practice. Disputes should first be addressed privately through direct communication.
