- Payments are final unless otherwise stated by us.
- Digital goods and access are delivered after payment confirmation.
- Abuse or violation of rules may result in access revocation.
- By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Returns & Refunds
Crypto payments are irreversible on-chain. Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases and by request before service is rendered or access is delivered. After delivery, refunds are generally not provided for digital goods.
- Overpayment: we refund the difference upon request to the same wallet, minus network fees; processing time: 1–7 business days.
- Underpayment: we allow a top-up within 24 hours; otherwise a refund can be issued on request minus network/service fees.
- Duplicate payment: a full refund of the duplicate minus network fee.
- Wrong network/address: refunds are not guaranteed (user-side network risk).
- Minimum refund: 5 USDT equivalent (lower amounts may be consumed by network fees).
- Currency: refunds are made, when possible, in the same currency/network; exchange rate is not fixed.
- Compliance: we may request AML/KYC verification before refund in certain cases.
